1. We will send out your purchase item(s) the next day upon FULL payment received by us.

2. Your purchase item(s) will be delivered to your shipping address (as per your email) through Poslaju.

3. Please email us if you do not receive the goods a week after you bank in your payment

4. Poslaju will take 2 to 3 days for delivery within Malaysia. However, delays may happen due to unforseen circumstances. Please make sure the shipping address provided to us is valid, and it is advisable to send your item to an address where yourself or a trusted recipient is present as Poslaju requires sign off upon receiving the items.
